Boot Camp Ignite
For those looking looking to feel better, we understand that it can be intimidating to take the first step of starting your fitness journey; whether it's the first time or it's been a long time. There are a lot of unfamiliar things: strange acronyms, whiteboards with names and numbers and workouts that are long. And where the heck are all of the weight machines? Boot Camp Ignite was created to address this issue and create a foundation on which to build our athletes' futures in fitness.
Designed for energetic individuals, Ignite shows you the ropes, introducing you to the fundamental movements, concepts and techniques in a supportive and encouraging environment. Ignite ramps up the high-energy classes that are aimed at improving stamina, strength, power, agility, speed, and overall health and fitness. This is the safest and surest way for anyone new to get started.
Currently, there are three levels of advancement: Spark (New to fitness focus), Ignite (Has been active and working on improving fundamentals and endurance), and Lit (Has done at least one Ignite Series and understands and has the ability to increase difficulty in workouts). Depending on your fitness level coming in you will have a baseline to work off of and one to work toward.
The first class is free and you will have a foundation of the basic movements and be able to continue your skill and athletic development. Consistency is vital, and we encourage members to attend at least 3 classes per week. You will see noticeable progress in your fitness lifestyle as we continue to perfect technique and improve your athletic skills.

Private training -
After one month, we encourage you to take two private training sessions to learn the Olympic Weightlifting movements. This will allow you to join CrossFit classes on top of the Ignite, giving you a lot more flexibility in your class schedule. We know your schedule is crazy!
Cost is $65-$95, depending on coach and number of sessions.
