Join us at 7 pm tomorrow night at Nela CrossFit Atwater Village to run through standards and movements. We have an amazing group of CrossFit Kids kicking off 18.5 at 7:30 pm. Come support a lot of our very own CrossFit Kids athletes as they tackle 18.5 with PVC pipe thrusters and ring row pull ups!
Keeping the energy high will be DJ O'Marty McFly spinning a 90's vs 00's beat! We will hang out after the open to celebrate all of your hard work and dedication over the past five weeks. Bring your favorite drink to celebrate!
