Programmed with CrossFit-style movements, we’ve taken out the Olympic-lifting and advanced gymnastics movements so that any fitness level can join us in this 50-minute long class. Generally there are no prescribed weights, allowing you to adjust the load as heavy or light as you need.
We realize that some individuals participate in sports or activities where lifting heavy weights doesn't align with their goals, or others may be managing prior injuries that make heavy lifting dificult.
We also realize that many athletes have hit a plateau with their current bootcamp, spin, or fitness classes and are looking to try something new.
That's why we developed Ignite-- specifically tailored to support a variety of goals, backgrounds, and physical needs.
Programs are designed to be for all-levels with scream-free motivators.
For one hour every morning, our trainers will whip you into shape as you circulate between cardio and strength training. Any given workout might consist of push-ups, squats, lunges, running, or jump roping, as the coach will spare no method in the quest for fitness.

Our Ignite class is outside on Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat at 8:30 am and Tues/Thurs at 6:30 pm!

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
